Which flights are covered?
Vueling is registered in an EU/EEA country. All departures from Norwegian and other EEA airports on Vueling are fully covered under EU Regulation 261/2004. Flights to the EEA on Vueling are also covered.
Enforcement authority for escalations
If Vueling rejects a claim, the case can be referred to the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority (Luftfartstilsynet) for departures from Norwegian airports. For departures from other EEA countries, the relevant national enforcement body applies.

Over 3,500 km€600 per person
Compensation amounts are set by the regulation and are the same for all carriers.
