SAS Scandinavian Airlines is registered in an EU/EEA country. All departures from Norwegian and other EEA airports on SAS Scandinavian Airlines are fully covered under EU Regulation 261/2004. Flights to the EEA on SAS Scandinavian Airlines are also covered.
Enforcement authority for escalations
