Which flights are covered?
Pegasus Airlines is registered in an EU/EEA country. All departures from Norwegian and other EEA airports on Pegasus Airlines are fully covered under EU Regulation 261/2004. Flights to the EEA on Pegasus Airlines are also covered.
Enforcement authority for escalations
If Pegasus Airlines rejects a claim, the case can be referred to the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority (Luftfartstilsynet) for departures from Norwegian airports. For departures from other EEA countries, the relevant national enforcement body applies.
